The Arts Residences at the Thompson Hotel recently held its official launch party at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. Developers DC Partners and San Antonio-based Universal Service Group announced plans to break ground this summer on a luxury mixed-use development along the San Antonio River Walk. The development will feature 66 luxurious residences perched atop San Antonio’s first Thompson Hotel and located in the center of the city’s Art District.
The more than 337,000 sq. ft. development is located directly across from the Tobin Center and offers resort-style living including amenities such as a fine-dining riverside restaurant, pool deck and pool bar overlooking the River Walk, state-of-the-art fitness center and spa as well as concierge services for residents.
Featuring a private entrance and resident lobby, the 20-story building will stay true to its name will designate each floor plan with the name of a classical composer or artist. Pre-sales of condominiums have begun. The sales gallery is located in the Administration Building of the Tobin Center at 115 Lexington, showcasing a full kitchen, master bath and secondary bathroom, and displaying finishes, fixtures, floor plans and building model. The project is expected to be completed in 2019.
