Gasper Sifuentes, owner of San Antonio’s Finest Realty, like many successful businessmen, reached a stage in his life where a new direction was needed. After 20 years of military service and 25 years in law enforcement, leadership and training was who he was.
Due to some life changing circumstances, the question, “Where do I go from here?” had to be answered. For years, a relative in real estate had encouraged him to join his sales team, and tried once more to entice him. The timing was right and Gasper went all in. The result is San Antonio’s Finest Realty which has grown from one agent in 2011 to 50 agents in 2017. This phenomenal growth isn’t just about Gasper’s success but about his ability to bring along others to share in being a part of the finest.
From a Navy Seabee to the Air Force where he served as a Military Training Instructor, Sifuentes retired honorably in 2010. Concurrently, he joined the San Antonio Police Department in 1992. He received numerous commendations including the City of San Antonio’s Life Saving Award in 1995. He honorably retired after almost 25 years of police service. Gasper’s successful military and law enforcement careers created the “can do” attitude that guides him through life every day.
In addition to those accomplishments, Gasper earned an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from Wayland Baptist University. After obtaining his REALTOR license, he increased his professional education by obtaining several designations, to include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute).
In both service careers, Sifuentes led and taught 1100 military recruits and 700 police officers. This experience and the methods he applied there enabled him to create a powerful mentoring/training program for new real estate agents. Principles of discipline and dedication are taught and demonstrated through the mentoring program.
Sifuentes guarantees success if the agent is willing to do the hard work. He believes that if you can turn a civilian into a serviceman willing to die for a cause, then you can certainly turn a new agent into a successful business person. The success of the program is proved in the growth of his brokerage.
According to Sifuentes, 80% of his agents have at least two closings a year. He has developed a rank structure based on education, activities and closings that increase commissions, demonstrating that hard work and dedication does pay off. In Sifuentes’ unrelenting pursuit of creating successful agents, he passes all incoming business to his agents, taking only referrals from his personal sphere of influence.
